Funny One in Arkansas with Diamonds!

Hello, I’m here! I did some of my funny drawings for the funny newspaper. I hope I’ll be finished with them soon. Today my state is Arkansas. In the picture, I’m in a diamond mine in The Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas. Arkansas, The Natural State, is lucky to have an abundance of geological wonders. The Crater of Diamonds State Park, the only diamond-producing site in the world that is open to the public, is there. It stands out as a unique geological “gem” for you to explore and enjoy. I want to go! I wonder if I’ll get some free diamonds?f

If you want a quiet rest and enjoy nature, there are lots of parks: The Pea Ridge National Military Park, The Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park, Devil’s Den State Park and many more.

What about interesting museums to visit? There’s the Plantation Agriculture Museum, which is dedicated to Arkansas’s rich cotton production heritage. Fort Smith Museum Of History has many exhibits and interprets objects of historical importance relevant to the founding and growth of Fort Smith and to the region. Their exhibits illustrate the contributions of Fort Smith’s citizens to the cultural, political, and economic development of the area. There’s even a replica of a 1920’s soda fountain and pharmacy. They have delicious handmade sodas, floats and sundaes. Mmmmm handmade sodas, floats and sundaes. The Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources is dedicated to the pioneers of south Arkansas’ oil and brine industries. The Hampson Archeological Museum it’s all about lifestyles of this farming-based civilization that lived there from A.D. 1400 to 1650. The Arkansas Air And Military Museum is all about planes and military stuff. The Mid-America Science Museum is all about science. The Museum of Discovery exhibits all things to do with science. The Fort Smith Trolley Museum is dedicated to the maintenance and appreciation of electric powered streetcars, railroad equipment, transportation and other technology that existed during that time in history, and to provide a unique educational experience to the visiting public.

If you like trains then you can visit the Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway and the Missouri and Arkansas Railroad.

There are so much to do in Arkansas. If you love comedy, like moi, then you might want to go to The Loony Bin Comedy Club (love the name!), but if you want to see some magic then you can visit the Theater of Magic or go to see the the Top O’ the Ozarks Tower and enjoy the amazing view from up there.

I’m going to watch the movie “A Cat In Paris”. I don’t know what it’s like as I’ve never seen it before but I’ll tell everyone what I think of it tomorrow.
