Funny One Dancing

Hello Funny One here. Today I thought I might try to draw some greetings cards. I don’t know what the greetings cards are like in America but in Britain they’re all dull. Well I’ve just started drawing a card today. I also drew another picture for my blog. I’m doing some funny dancing. We all get negative voices in our head, don’t we? When you are young, you don’t care about what other people think but when you get older you care about what people think. “I should do this, that’s stupid.” Fuck what other people think. I used to have the negative voices but now I don’t. I just drew silly pictures of anything and didn’t worry about it looking perfect. By drawing a picture that isn’t perfect I can accept that I don’t have to try to make everything perfect. Sometimes things are better when they’re not perfect. If I’m happy with it, who cares what other people think. I don’t know if I’m making any sense at all but it made more sense in my head. Anyways, that helps me.

Free the Funny One!

Hello, the Funny One back again. Not much has happened today. I feel like I’m trapped in Scotland. There is just nothing here. The people are so negative. I feel like I’m getting nowhere, It’s like I’m stuck in Alcatraz. I guess I need Clint Eastwood to help me escape. I have no idea what to do to get out of this country. If only you could just leave whenever you felt like it. I would need money, lots of it or get a job in America. Both seem very impossible right now.

Froot Loops and Rain Drops

Hello, Funny One back here. Today I started the day with some Froot Loops. They don’t sell them in Britain – it’s a limited edition thing over here. They’re so great! Ok, so I said I was watching a Woody Allen movie last night, it was Sleeper. It was really funny. I really like watching the movies with both Woody Allen and Diane Keaton in them as they’re so funny together. It was a very random movie. It was super funny when Woody was trying to fly with a cheap Japanese flying machine, it would barely get him off the ground. Diane was funny when she was singing. I also loved it when Woody was trying to steal the oversized fruit and vegetables. Anyways, today I went out to the local shops. Very boring. It rained (like most days, though.) It’s so depressing here. Not a good place to do comedy. The people were weird, too. They like to make rude comments about the way I dress, just because I was wearing blue wellies. There’s nothing weird about that, is there? It was raining. Had pizza for lunch but unfortunately half of it fell on the floor. After lunch, I drew another funny picture and watched some TV. Can’t be on too long as I’m having dinner soon. It’s kipper kedgeree.

Hello World!

Hello, I’m the Funny One. This is my first ever blog. I hope it’s not boring. I’ve started this blog to tell you all of my progress of moving to America to live and hopefully one day work on Saturday Night Live. I know it’s sounds crazy, but that’s my big dream. I don’t care how long it takes me, I won’t give up. I will be on Saturday Night Live. If anyone could give me advice, I would be grateful. I was lucky enough to go on the tour of the NBC building in New York when I was over there last year. It’s amazing to think of all the funny people who have been on that stage. I was really surprised at the size of the studio. It’s really small. The staff there even joked that the tour was going to be about six hours long and there would be no bathroom breaks. Of course it wasn’t that long, it couldn’t have been more than about half an hour. It was a great tour, though. They are so funny there. Even the security were making jokes. It must be really fun to work there. Anyways, back to my blog, I will be putting up a different funny picture every day which I have drawn. I better finish for now, I’m having dinner, then I’ll be watching a Woody Allen movie.
