Escape Plan

Hello Funny One here. As it’s prisoners week I’ve drawn another prison picture. It’s of the funny one in a prison like the one in “escape plan”. It’s a brilliant movie. I saw it four times! I loved Arnie’s rant in german. So funny! It’s so cool when Arnie uses the machine gun at the end of the movie. I can’t wait for it to be released on DVD.

I’ll be saying the prayer again tonight.

The Prisoners Week Prayer

Lord, you offer freedom to all people.
We pray for those who are held in prison.
Break the bonds of fear and isolation that exist.
Support with your love: prisoners, their families and friends,
prison staff, chaplains and all who care.
Heal those who have been wounded by the activities of others,
especially the victims of crime.
Help us to forgive one another, to act justly, to love mercy,
and walk humbly together with Christ
in his strength and in his Spirit,
now and every day.
Amen.

I care about someone in prison. I would love to visit him but that’s not possible, I’m in Britain and he’s not. I’ve never been to a prison to visit anyone. That would be weird. I did write to him though. But I would like to visit him in prison but I’d rather he was free.

Crazy Men On The Boat

Hello Funny One here. I did some more of my rewrite for my novel. I’ve almost finished the second chapter. I hope I can finish it before christmas. That would be good. It is quite a long novel. When I first printed it out I ran out of ink half way through it. Yeah, I know, sounds super long for a humourous novel.  Also I did another funny one cartoon. Well we know the name of the man now. He’s Johnny. The crazy man wants some hostages. He also said “We.” There must be more crazy people on the boat. What do they want? You may find that out tomorrow.

“The Raven”

Hello Funny One here. It’s halloween soon. What are some good halloween stories. You can’t go wrong with Edgar Allan Poe, he’s obviously has done some great short stories. “The Pit and the Pendulum” The story is about the torments endured by a prisoner of the spanish inquistion. the prisioner is bound to a wooden board by ropes. He looks up in horror to see a painted picture on the ceiling; hanging from the figure is a gigantic scythe-like pendulum swinging slowly back and forth. The pendulum is unstoppable, sliding downwards and will eventually kill him. Or there’s the “The Tell-Tale Heart“. a man commits a murder and hides the body under the floorboards.  Terrified by the violent beating of the heart, and convinced that the officers are aware of not only the heartbeat, but his guilt as well. He tells them to tear up the floorboards to reveal the body. Or there’s the poem “The Raven“. A man is remembering his the loss of his love, Lenore. A “rapping at chamber door” reveals nothing, but excites his soul to “burning”.  A similar rapping, slightly louder, is heard at his window. When he goes to investigate, a raven into his chamber. It perches on a bust of Pallas above the door. The raven’s only answer is “Nevermore”. He wonders if God is sending him a sign that he is to forget Lenore. The bird replies again in the negative, suggesting that he can never be free of his memories.  he asks the raven whether he will be reunited with Lenore in Heaven. When the raven responds with its typical “Nevermore”, he is enraged, and, calling it a liar and commands the raven to return to the “Plutonian shore”, but it does not move. The raven “still is sitting”on the bust of Pallas. His soul is trapped beneath the raven’s shadow and shall be lifted “Nevermore”. He has written many more stories and poems. There’s also a museum about him in Richmond, Virginia. Anyways I’ll leave it here for now.

We Know All Your Secrets – Justin Bieber

Hello Funny One here. I had some problems with the computer yesterday so I couldn’t do my blog. There is another “We Know All Your Secrets” and it’s about Justin Bieber.

“We Know All Your Secrets”

Justin Bieber

On the first night of Justin Bieber’s world tour, he didn’t throw up once but threw up twice. After vomiting all over centre-stage, he blamed his digestive pyrotechnics on having drunk too much milk before the concert. Later the singer finally tweeted a reason for his vomiting, the explanation was a lame “Milk was a bad choice!” But we know the real reason for the vomiting. A unamed source claims that Justin Bieber is actually a girl and is pregnant. Also she doesn’t know who the father is.

I’ve also drawn two funny cartoons. One of me and the other is of Shia LaBeouf.

Anyways, I’ll leave it here for now.

Jelly-Bean Dreamin’ of California

Hello it’s the Funny One here. Today’s state is California. In one picture, I’m with a famous actor who I think will one day win an Oscar. The other one is me and him in Berkeley. Come for the culture, stay for the food.

What is there to do in California? You can visit the Universal Studios in Hollywood and see where they make the movies. I can’t go on the tour as I’ll be busy filming for a Spielberg movie. Hehehehehe. Maybe, one day. Anyways, You can see where all the famous actors have left there handprints in the ground. There’s also the Hollywood Museum where you will see exhibits of authentic Hollywood memorabilia treasures and a special Walk of Fame exhibit.

There’s also the GRAMMY Museum which celebrates the enduring legacies of all forms of music. The GRAMMY Museum debuted a new exhibit to Michael Jackson on June 25, 2011, and it pays tribute to his life and legacy. The display is a follow-up to the Museum’s past exhibitions, Michael Jackson: HIStyle and Michael Jackson: A Musical Legacy. It is housed on the Museum’s third floor, which the launch of the new exhibit coinciding with the second anniversary of MJ’s death.

The Cartoon Art Museum; exhibits pieces that represent the history of modern development of cartoons, their creators, the designs, and also processes underlying the art forms of cartoons, comics, digital animation, illustration, and video games. The Museum also hosts dozens of events throughout the year, including book signings, creator appearances, lectures and workshops. They also offer a wide range of programs and classes in cartooning, illustration, and animation. That would be cool to do.

Let’s not forget the Golden Gate Bridge which is one of the most internationally recognized symbols of San Francisco, California. It’s has also been declared one of the modern Wonders Of The World by the American Society Of Civil Engineers. It’s also seen in the movie “Rise of The Planet Of The Apes.”

There’s Alcatraz prison; which once was home to some of America’s most notorious criminals. There were even the presence of infamous inmates like Al “Scarface” Capone, and the “Birdman” Robert Stroud. It operated there from 1934 to 1963. Even to this day, Alcatraz is best known as one of the world’s most legendary prisons. There was even a TV series about the prison. It’s a crime that they’re not doing a second series!

There’s also the Jelly Belly factory. There’s a 40-minute walking tour of the factory and a guide will show you where they cook up over 150 different sweet treats. Also, you’ll learn the secrets to how they create the legendary Jelly Belly jelly bean, and why it takes more than a week to make a single bean. Really? It must take forever to make a bag of them. I wonder if they still sell the Harry Potter jelly beans in America. They only sold them in Britain when the first movie was in the cinema. Mmmm jelly belly. http://jellybelly.com/

Now, on to places to stay. Why stay in a cliché hotel when you can stay at the Treebones Resort. “It’s a tent with all the comforts of a cabin. Sleep under the stars but in a bed.” http://treebonesresort.com/
